Jessyca Cherok, MSW, LSW
Jessyca brings more than 20 years of specialized experience in compliance leadership, quality management, and regulatory oversight within state and federal human services systems. Her career includes key roles with DHS Office of Developmental Supports, the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs as a Certified Investigator, Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services, and Early Intervention Services. She has a proven track record of helping agencies strengthen compliance, improve service delivery, and align operations with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Jessyca holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University in Long Island, NY, and a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Integrated Healthcare from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. She is currently a Doctor of Clinical Social Work candidate at the University of Kentucky, further advancing her expertise in systems-level practice, organizational leadership, and clinical compliance.
With a deep understanding of provider challenges and regulatory expectations, Jessyca supports agencies in building sustainable, person-centered, and compliant service systems.
